Professional Dancehall Training Sunday Dancehall - ALL LEVELS WELCOME Sundays are magical! We have two wonderful hours to warm-up, drill technique, slowly breakdown choreography and run the combo. Plenty of time to asking questions/clarification, and we can spend an extra moment or two smoothing out anything feeling a bit sticky. In open level classes the pace and level of difficulty is based on the bodies in the studio. Open Level Training: Dancehall technique and groove training (new grooves added to our vocabulary each class) + choreography.
